Warranty & aftercare.
What stands behind the work — and the schedule that means you do not have to wait for something to fail before we are back.
Indicative terms. Exact warranty periods are confirmed in the written contract for each project and in the handover pack.
- Workmanship
- Ten years on the workmanship of structural glass installations, and the workmanship of every install we complete. If our work fails, we return and rectify it.
- Hardware
- Hardware carries the manufacturer’s warranty — typically five years on premium hinges and slides. The warranty is registered in your name and the certificates travel in the handover pack.
- Silicone & sealing
- Five years against silicone failure on wet-area installations. Silicone is a consumable detail done properly; if it lifts or fails within that window, we re-seal it.
- Glass & IGUs
- Glass and insulated glass units carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defect and seal failure, passed through to you with the product data sheets.
Aftercare schedule
We make proactive contact at 6, 12 and 24 months after handover to check our work — silicone, hardware and fit. Silicone and hardware issues are addressed within 14 days of being raised. You do not have to chase us; the schedule is part of the project.
