Five stages from first enquiry to documented handover — the same way every time. The discipline is the brand.

Enquiry & Brief
Every project begins with a call, an email or a booking. Within one business day we respond — a short welcome pack, indicative timeframes for work like yours, and two or three dates for a studio or on-site meeting.

Consultation & Measure
A consultation runs 60–90 minutes, at our office or on site. We walk the scope room by room, review plans and inspiration, look through the sample library, and take a technical measure on the day where the site allows.

- 60–90 min consultation; measured within 5–10 business days

- A written brief and a sample selection list

Design & Specification
Shop drawings where required, a written specification naming the glass type, AS standard, hardware brand and finish on every line, and a fixed quote with every assumption noted. You see the full spec — including the options we do not recommend, and why.

- 5–15 business days residential; 3–6 weeks architectural

Manufacture & Schedule
On contract and deposit, we place orders with the specified suppliers and confirm your install date in writing as soon as lead times are locked. Frameless showers run 2–3 weeks; aluminium packages 6–10 weeks; architectural glazing 10–16 weeks.

Install & Handover
We arrive early, lay surface protection before any material enters your home, work to defined hours and clean daily. At completion we walk the scope with you, resolve snags on the spot where possible, and hand over the documented pack.
