Most of Maison Glass's work reaches us through architects, builders, interior designers and owners corporation managers. We exist because the trade channel needs a glazing supplier that respects how the channel works — channel discipline, technical depth, a dedicated PM, and documentation that survives an audit ten years from now.
For architects
- Specification support — technical input at DD phase; AS 1288, AS 2047, WERS and NCC 2025 advice on the call.
- Sample library access — curated by glass spec, hardware finish and aluminium system; loaned to your studio for client meetings, next-day on request.
- Shop drawings included at DD-phase support — not billed as a variation.
- CPD / Lunch & Learn — a one-hour session at your office on the standards, 7-star glazing, and IGU selection.
- Direct director contact — Jason’s direct line for every architect partner.
For builders
- Priority lead times — written, quoted, with an on-time-or-credit commitment.
- Trade pricing tier on full glazing scope, Net 30 from invoice.
- One named project coordinator per project — no rotation, direct phone access.
- Fast quotes — 5 business days standard, 48 hours on active programmes.
- Published site protocol — SWMS, induction, daily clean, surface protection. You don’t manage us.
For interior designers
- Sample loans — any sample in the studio library, couriered to you next day.
- Material consultations — a 30-minute studio appointment before any quote.
- Joint client meetings — we attend the design presentation where you want us there.
- Trade-tier pricing, shared with the architect tier.
For owners corporation managers
- Compliance audits — AS 1926.1 pool fence or AS 1288 balustrade, A$295 fixed, written report in 5 business days.
- Repair response — 14 days from order for non-emergency replacement; 48 hours for emergencies.
- Direct billing to the OC, aligned to your strata meeting calendar.
- Insurance work handled — before/after photos, compliance certificate, warranty pass-through.
